Call Forwarding through Talkdesk Studio

Talkdesk offers Talkdesk Studio, which enables call forwarding to an external number. This includes.

As a customer, you can create a new flow that forwards to your RedRoute number, and assign this flow to multiple numbers within your Talkdesk account.

A flow starts with the Inbound Voice start step, which identifies the contact’s name, address, company, and location based on a match to the contacts within Talkdesk. You then define the next step of the call to forward to your RedRoute number
